We were talking about an antique shop I went into on a day there was a craft fair, where the shop owner was begrudging the influx of crowds and having to be open on a Sunday. He projected a waft of negative energy and I didn’t stay long. Nothing in his shop drew my attention anyway and he held a position of fear, disclosing he had hidden all his jewelry and usual displays that were placed outside most other days. It was disappointing . I left and reflected on the wonderful time I had prior at the craft fair.
There is a distinct scent that antique shops give off; the scent of old wooden cabinets, vintage clothing, perfumey old candles, used worn toys, old records, dust covered silk flowers, and paper goods that have collected moisture. It is a scent of memories, lost love, nostalgia, and serene remembrance.
Walking through my living room just now, that is all I smell; an antique store. I had come from the kitchen where we were talking. My entire olfactory senses are telling me I’m smack dab in the middle of an antique store. But of course I’m not.
Clairalience is the extrasensory perception of psychically smelling and detecting scents and odors the astral and ethereal planes give off. Sometimes we port in an atmospheric imprint from other locations which causes Clairalience. But we can also bi-locate too, sandwiching two locations in a single awareness together, and as a result, experiencing extrasensory impressions from both material locations in our consciousness.
